Customer Feedbacks

Feedback from Qigong participant:

The exercises are easy for all ages taking you through every muscle in your body, stretching, creating connection between the brain and the muscles, making me aware of what my body is capable of doing. It is beneficial for everyday life.

Feedback from Qigong participant:

It impacted me in an emotional way because it made me go out of my house but also emotionally it helped to socialise. It makes me feel energised, more flexible and aware of my posture. I breathe better, my circulation is better, I feel less pain, and I have more mobility.

Feedback from Qigong participant:

It's invigorating physically and mentally. Besides- or the main point is that the exercises are excellent moving all the deepest recesses of the body in a relaxing, un-pressurising natural way! Most unusual, interesting, original and great way of exercising.

Feedback from Taichi participant:

“(The teacher) gives clear instructions and clearly models the move. She takes time to repeat and consolidate what we have learned. She is also patient and inclusive to all participants' needs.
